Workshop in Halle, proof of concept
April 17, 2007 on 1:28 am | In News, News 2007In Halle we spent much of our time defining the methodology to use in the training sessions.
Most of us had the idea that traditional teaching wouldn’t work in a 7 days workshop, so we decided to brainstorm on the best approach to get our trainees up to speed with Open Source Multimedia Instruments in such a short time.
We ended up with a really good schedule and really innovative approach that we decided to proof it would work.
For this we decided to make a small 8 seconds animation, with a couple of us spending 4 hours to do what 5 of our trainees should be able to do in two days… the result was this small proof of concept animation (alternative – mp4).
We came to the conclusion that although innovative, our approach is manageable and we will be able to accomplish it in the 7 days time-frame.
Be tuned, soon we will disclose some more information on our approach for the intensive 7 days training.
As a closing to the Halle meeting, some additional photos of the team in Halle.
