You can also use it as a guide in any training projects you have ( for profit or not) but you cannot sell it in original or altered form. We add this extra clause so anyone can use it in a commercial training project but you/they cannot print it and sell it in any form.

We have finally managed to finish the documentary. We will show it at the Vision 2007 forum at Veliko Tarnovo. Shortly after we will upload it for everyone to see it and feel the spirit of TOSMI.

Recently we received a informal approval from the Media programme for TOSMI 2008. We need to sign the contracts and prepare marketing materials. It will be a lot of work this year also. But we know that it also makes a lot of fun.

TOSMI 2008 will cover more content. It will consist of three sessions, covering different areas of expertise. One session, similar to the ones in 2007 will be held in Thessaloniki. Other two sessions on online video publishing and media scripting will be held in Sofia.

So we hope will see you in Sofia and Thessaloniki.

Some of us went to the Blender Conference to see what’s cooking and to improve contacts with the Blender Foundation. Blender is growing, both as software and as community. There is ever growing interest for education in Blender. And the major good news is that InterSpace and the Blender Foundation agreed to collaborate on TOSMI. The result is that in future TOSMI certificates will be co-issued by both institutions.

We had a really busy week, but it’s over. Now when we have finally finished our second session, we could look back and happily say: “It worked well”. We even shot a short documentary about the training. We need to put it together and will make it publicly available to watch. There were some things to smooth out, but we’ll make sure to improve when we get a chance for a next time.
